     Following the second weekend of play in the Greater Cleveland High School Hockey League , the Trinity Trojans find themselves 3-0 atop the league's Red East division. On Saturday night , the Trojans Shaun Schmitt found the net in the second period on a power play, to tally the only score as the Trojans downed Normandy 1-0 at the Garfield Heights Recreation center.

     Senior net minder Ryan Duale turned in his first shutout of the season as the Trojans out shot the Invaders 33-16 for the win.

     The Trojans now enter into the busiest week of the season as they will participate in two tournaments during the week of December 12th. From Monday through Thursday , the Trojans will play in the North Coast League tournament which will be held at the Elyria North Park recreation complex. After finishing third in the tournament last year , Trinity will face league newcomer Holy Name in the first round on Monday night at 8:30pm. The winner of that contest will face the Padua Bruins on Tuesday night at 8:30pm in a second round contest with the winner of that game advancing to Thursday night's NCL championship game.
